I was disappointed to see that the golden carriage from the recent live action release of Cinderella would have left Disney's Hollywood Studios by the time I visit WDW next month. However, a free exhibition featuring costumes and props from the film is currently on display in Leicester Square Gardens. The exhibition also features items from the Disney Archives relating to the 1950 animated classic, including some gorgeous artwork by Mary Blair.
The exhibition runs until 10th April. View my photos here. One final update following the St Patrick's Day celebrations at Disneyland Paris. I've added photos from the Irish Pre-parade and the Sarah Clark Academy with Chip & Dale which you can view here.
Further to my post featuring the St Patrick's Day fireworks at Disneyland Paris, here are some more videos featuring the Sarah Clark Academy (with Chip & Dale) and themed fountains. Lots of photos to come from my trip to Disneyland Paris this week but to start, here's the St Patrick's Day fireworks from Disneyland Park on 17th March. Finally, some photos from last month's trip to Walt Disney World which don't feature food! I went to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party twice during my trip - thankfully I watched the wonderful "Celebrate the Season" Show the first evening as the weather was pretty miserable the second time around. View the photos here.
Taken at Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party on 15th November. In two months I'll be off to Walt Disney World for the start of the Christmas season but I have to admit I'm already looking ahead to Halloween 2014 when I hope to visit Disneyland Resort. Well, it's never to soon to start planning your next Disney trip, is it?! In the meantime, here's a look at what's in store at the Resort this year. There are some great reviews of last weekend's D23 Expo on the following sites:- The Expo also the premier of a trailer for a documentary by Leslie Iwerks about Walt Disney Imagineering, which is scheduled for release in 2016. The Disney Food Blog have published their latest e-book, a Guide to the 2013 International Food & Wine Festival. I'll be at Epcot for the last two days of the festival, which runs from September 27-November 11 and whilst I don't plan on attending any of the seminars etc, I couldn't resist buying this to see what will be on offer around the Pavilions. Event booking begins on 13th August so make use of the limited time discount of $3.00 (enter CHEFS at check-out) and buy your copy today! Just click on the link below.
